What type of environmental applications is Equisol familiar with?

Equisol’s expertise in the environmental industry began in the water and wastewater industry, supplying chemical feed automation equipment for utility systems such as cooling towers, boilers and waste treatment plants. Although this is still one of our core competencies, we have expanded our portfolio to include monitoring and sampling systems for both air and water, above ground tank and containment.

What services are provided by Equisol?

Equisol’s business model is to be a solutions provider. This means that Equisol has established itself as a company that provides many different services so that it can provide a solution that best matches our customer’s needs. From system design to installation, from simple systems to complex integrated systems, from preventive maintenance to emergency response, Equisol wants to be a “one-stop shopping” provider for our customers.

Is Equisol insured?

Yes. Equisol has General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

Do we warranty our work and supplied parts/equipment?

Yes, labor is warranted for 60 days following the completion of the project and materials/parts are warranted by the manufacturer. Labor to repair warranted materials/parts by Equisol are not included in the manufacture’s warranty and will be billed separately.

How are emergency service requests handled?

Equisol understands that providing quick response to critical problems is extremely important to our customers. It is Equisol’s charter to respond to all customers needs within 24 hours, however, when emergency situations arise, we will make every effort to respond the same day as the request.

Can you certify that our equipment is calibrated to manufacturer’s specification and acceptable to our requirements?

Yes, as third party service providers we make sure that the equipment checked is within manufacturer’s specifications and calibrated to the specification provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please see our calibration page.

What geographical area is supported by Equisol’s services?

Equisol currently has service and fabrication centers located around the United States. Equisol personnel are prepared to travel both domestically and internationally to provide support for our customers. For more information, please see our locations page.
