Description: Installation and commissioning of custom equipment.

Street Water treatment plant was experiencing problems with equipment.

Equisol was requested to supply a “custom” built magnetic flow meter to replace a deteriorating magnetic flow meter at a street water treatment plant. The environment where the flow meter was located was laced with hydrochloride fumes. The seals on the electronics were eaten away as was any untreated metal surfaces (bolts, screws, sheet metal, heating units, light fixtures, etc…). Equisol provided the replacement equipment, the equipment was installed by the customer, and Equisol commissioned and started up the new meter.

Customer was pleased with Equisol's resources and capabilities and re-ordered another "custom" magnetic flow meter for installation at another location.
