Management TeamKurt M. Given, President & Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day business functions and operations of Equisol, including marketing, technology, and linking together sales, administration, and customer relationships. With 15 years of water treatment experience at GE Betz, he has held positions in engineering and management for both the chemical and feed equipment product lines. From 1999 to 2002, he was group Leader and Product Manager for the Equipment team, overseeing all activities including pricing, marketing, profitability, capital equipment, contracts and product management. He has a bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and holds a patent for dust control foam generation. Dana J. Militello, Vice President, Sales and Service, is responsible for overseeing all supplier relationships as well as coordinating and delivering all aspects of technical support and equipment sales. All 18 years of application engineering experience have been in the automation feed and control product line for GE Betz. He has held positions in manufacturing, installation, service and sales support. He is currently managing the equipment engineering sales support operations and is responsible for supplier relationships, product offering, training, and profit margin. He has an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering from Pennco Technical Institute and was in the US Navy, specializing in hydraulics and steam-driven catapults. Michael A. Cooper, Vice President, Consulting, is responsible for all field sales, consulting, and service operations of Equisol. He has 15 years of water treatment application engineering experience with GE Betz in automation feed and control systems. Prior to his water treatment experience, Mr. Cooper held positions in sales and engineering from two large equipment suppliers, Leeds & Northrup and Emerson Electric. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Donald G. Gibson, General Manager, is responsible for business growth, sales support, and service support and product development for Equisol. He also manages the sales, service and application & technical support for the Gulf Coast area. He has 15 years experience in managing water treatment application and services with GE Betz in automation feed and control systems. Prior to his water treatment experience, Mr. Gibson held positions as area technical manager and power plant maintenance coordinator for Tellepsen Corporation and the Southern Company. He also has experience as technical specialists for NASA and NORAD. He holds an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Philips College. Charles R. Segear, Vice President, Integrated Services, is responsible for business growth, project management within Equisol as well as outside sub-contractors, and serving as a technical advisor in the installation and startup of capital equipment, including testing and validation. He has 25 years experience in mechanical engineering, industrial hydraulics, and is a DEP Certified Tank Installer. 15 years of this time was with Coyne Chemical co Inc. (third largest independently owned chemical company in the country). He spent 6 years as owner and president of C&A Mechanical Services, specializing in chemical equipment, storage, and application systems. He then joined the Equisol management team in January, 2004. |
